NBM cup filling and sealing is a technologically advanced line of fully automatic rotary filling and sealing machines. This bottle machinery, which features a smooth index or driven movement of a 12-positions rotary platform, is the best solution for liquid, paste, granulated and powdered products.
The main advantage of the NBM cup filling, sealing and bottle machinery is its extreme flexibility. Each bottle machinery is designed in full compliance with the product, container and sealing style up to a diameter of 140 mm.
The cup filling and sealing machine may be designed for up to four lanes and has a capacity of up to four filling units, depending on the output required. The cup fillers can be fitted with a CIP cleaning system.
The pre-cut lid or membrane cut from the roll can be combined with a plastic cap. The cup filling and sealing machine is operated by PLC, a computerized control system. Cup filling and sealing adjustments to different container sizes are fast and easy.
An optional container sealing system (MAP) is available with residual oxygen level up to 0.3-0.4 percent.
