High-production, Automatic Container Sealer with Servo Driver

 

Output: 120 units per minute

The sealer is intended to simultaneously seal four to six containers per cycle. The product container is delivered to the sealer via the inlet conveyor. Once the sealing is completed, the containers are delivered to the outlet conveyor. The PAO-QS may include a packaging line for multi-component prepared dishes and semi–prepared products. The line provides automatic dosing or single-product manual feeding.

Accurate product weight is provided on the line in accordance with technical specifications.

This packing line can be equipped with stationary or movable fillers for different components.
