PE GreenPouch Properties

PE GreenPouch is made from multiple layers of barrier film laminated together then sealed. This lamination and sealing process creates a structure that provides actual barrier properties that eliminate such unwanted elements as moisture, vapor and odor.

Additionally, laminated film is much stronger than normal film, so it can be converted and formed into pouches that are puncture resistant and highly resilient.

PE GreenPouch should be stored safely in a warehouse, avoiding direct sun, rain and other detrimental climate conditions. Pouches should be maintained in original packaging until use.

PE GreenPouch is filled and sealed by standard automated packaging lines. Packline’s PDP-1 and PDP-4 are fully automatic, rotary filling and sealing machines. They’re the perfect choice for PE GreenPouch. Both machines are extremely flexible; the lines operate with fillers for liquid, dry or powdered paste, and hot products. These machines adjust quickly and easily for different pouch sizes.
